Witherspoon KO’s Hayes in
one. Goes to 10-0!

In what could be considered one of
his best performances to date, Moultrie Witherspoon wasted no time
disposing of a very game Leo Hayes last night at the Plex on a Jim
Kelly promoted show.
Moultrie controlled the action from the start with blistering jabs
and counter rights that led to the first knock down one minute into
the first round. Though stunned, Hayes managed to make it to his
feet and tried to survive the round by throwing weak jabs that
Witherspoon thwarted with good head movement and lateral movent.
Moultrie showed great patients while seeking his opportunity to
finish a dazed Leo Hayes. His chance came at about 2:20 of the same
round, when Hayes lowered his head out of the way of a faint left
jab straight into a devastating right upper-cut that ended the night
for Hayes. With this win Moultrie moves his unblemished record to
